This postcard was published in Sano City, Osaka and is postmarked Tientsin (Tianjin), China, November 1908. It depicts an Osaka Geiko (Geisha) holding a Kusadama (Flower Ball with Ribbons). She looks like she might be dressed for the Naniwa Odori (Osaka Dance), the public dances of the Shinmachi geisha district of Osaka, which first took place in April 1908.(source)
